The beauteous and seamless oneness of Nature and her works constitutes the sum of all wonders in her breadth and diversity.  Celebrated in prose, poetry, music, painting, all the arts, the creatures which God hath wrought are wondrous and comely, unless they are on your kitchen counter, in which case, they are PESTS!  So they are for your tenants.

The landlord in turn of the millennium America is responsible to ensure a premises free of pests, aka God’s Wondrous Works.  For this reason, you may want to check out the Armed Forces Pest Management Board Technical Information Memorandum No. 29 fresh from the Defense Department.

This document deals with all sorts of troublesome critters and ways to manage them.  Think you have an infestation of Pharaoh Ants?  You will find an interesting paragraph about them here.  All in all, a useful starting point to understanding pest management.  Where references are made to Bradley fighting vehicles and fuel-air weapons, we suggest substituting fly swatters and Raid ant and roach killer.
